Therapy Sessions and Calls
​I run my in person therapy sessions and assessments on Wednesday afternoons and Saturday mornings, from The Little Bird House in Porthtowan, Cornwall. Online therapy sessions are held on a Tuesday and Thursday. I hold one off assessments from Pangbourne, West Berkshire on 2 days a month.
I hold phone calls on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings.
If you decide that that therapy with me might be supportive for your child, please book an introductory call via my calendar. Please include a detailed summary of why you are seeking therapy for your child, including your child's name, DOB, school year and, if applicable, school.
Introductory calls last 30 or 60 minutes and are charged at £30 or £45 .
Once you have decided if therapy with me is the right fit for your child, we will book a weekly or fortnightly session at The Little Bird House in Porthtowan. I normally work for 6 sessions with the child and then review with the family if they would like to continue for another 6 sessions.

60 minute session
​My standard fee for a 60 minute in session is £60.​
After an initial getting to know the child session, and you feel therapy with me is right for your child, we book in 3-6 sessions with an agreed review. ​
I am not currently registered with any health insurers, so fees need to be paid by the client family by bank transfer before the session. ​​
I offer a single parent discount and a discount for families in need for blocks of therapy sessions- please do not let financial pressure stop you seeking support for you or your child. Accessing mental health support should be available to all. Please get in touch to discuss your situation in confidence. ​
Therapy Sessions are paid for by bank transfer at least 24 hours before the session.
90 minute OCD session
​My fee for OCD focused therapy is £90.
Sessions are 90 minutes.
When we are using OCD therapies such as Exposure Therapy we hold a longer session to give time to settle into the session, feel safe and co-regulated before the OCD therapeutic process begins.
Phone Calls

Fees for phone calls are £30 for 30 minutes and £45 for 60 minutes.
Phone calls are paid for by bank transfer at least 1hour before the call.
Professional Letters
​​
Recommendation letters for schools, GP's and other professionals are charged at £60.
Cancellation Policy
​​
In person sessions cancelled less that 48 hours in advance are charged at the full rate.

Phone calls cancelled with less than 12 hours notice are charged in full unless they are rearranged and then no charge will be applied.
